Teachers in education are figures who have an important role. He is agent of change responsible for transferring knowledge and internalizing values to students. Therefore, competencies needed support their duties properly so that educational goals can be achieved optimally. This paper aims examine the competence teachers from perspective Imam Bukhari Kitaabul Ilmi Sahih Bukhari, considering book reference Islamic studies. research was conducted with a qualitative method library research. The primary data source this study Bukhari. Based on data, must possess spiritual, pedagogic, professional, personality, social competencies. Of five competencies, spiritual most important. It basis other because interaction between educators students also influenced by divine main educator essentially Allah Almighty. Abstrak Guru dalam pendidikan adalah tokoh yang memiliki peran penting. Ia seorang agen perubahan bertanggung jawab transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan internalisasi nilai pada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kompetensi dapat menunjang tugasnya dengan baik agar tujuan dicapai maksimal. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengupas guru perspektif Shahih mengingat kitab tersebut rujukan penting studi Islam. Penelitian dilakukan metode kualitatif jenis . Sumber primer penelitian Berdasarkan maka harus dimiliki pedagogi, profesional, kepribadian sosial.
